too much to say
12:13 AM

been collecting too many thoughts.
without writing them down, it feels increasingly like a waste.
when it all goes into memory lane, fragmented, forgotten.

now i am lost for words.
maybe ill just merge all those imagined posts into one lengthy..

perhaps ill start off from school.
on that bus. i boarded as it began to start pouring.
how peacefully calm then?
who'd have known the subsequent events to follow?

crazy storms, flooded catastrophes.
sitting in the quiet hall as the needle ticked across the black two.
watching the teachers flurry and fluster,
students still entering, albeit drenched to the skin, back from scuba diving.

a flow of admiration, at the calm disposition,
systems put to the challenge, and obstacles to overcome.

and alot of nervousness for the people whom i empathized.

so that was that.

then there were my parents.
who knew that my friends would be coming over.
finally, the matter sank into their thick heads.

and the panic came in.
"gosh. this house. 见不得人。"
i think so too.

personally, i have too many, too many comments against my own abode.
of how furniture is poorly organised, decor is total lacking.
those are still. not too bad.
but it simply cannot be ignored when the house is in total mess.

letters lying all over, way too conveniently.
books, oh and more books.
stationary, a pen at any corner possible.
bags thrown everywhere.

sigh. but the interesting thing was how my parents were kind of. jovial about the mess.
my dad was like "walao the shoes here. the clothes there. the books over there.."
then, giving silly faces and weird grins, he laughs.

alternatives began popping up, like. go library and the yadada.
which i was dead against, as there would be lack of space.
and i prefer abit of talking here and there.

then more absurd alternatives. like booking last minute chalets for mugging.
and it shocked me to see my dad surfing the web for them.
actl there are vacancies if we book for 2 nights across the wkend, but doubting that anyone would want..

ohwell.

seems like my friends have to endure the decades of accumulated mess.

PS: i swear its totally much worse than any house i have stepped into.
