chemistry is the building block of our universe.
discuss the relativity of science in today's society?
perhaps chemistry is really fundamental.
sometimes it feels out of the world.
sometimes it feels like a concept from mars.
sometimes it feels like Mission Impossible.
and perhaps. maybe. surreal like a dream.
this must all still be a dream.
just a little while ago it was felt.
oh so vividly. such a heated affair!
its exothermic enthalpy that brought about that much red.
who'd have expected such a disproportionate!
when things soon began to oxidize as readily as it had been reduced.
we knew that, a new equilibrium would be reached.
3Cl2 + 6OH- -> 5Cl- + ClO3- + 3H2O
at 70 C, the characteristic smell of Cl2 had already disappeared rapidly.
that characteristic smell of chemistry left the moment he took off on those wings.
a new gas was injected into the system,
but oh, alas, how slow it had been?
its rate must have been pathetic, with zero order to him?
"The entropy of the universe always tend to increase"
so the second law of thermodynamics had said.
its hard not to be afraid, will life be in greater disorder the subsequent day?
And so everything came.
As the system progressed with respect to time.
how much changes in phase were undergone?
as solids turned into liquids and vapourised into gas.
how many of those dreams had left.
and then. as if out of a dream,
hess came knocking on the door.

he opened the backdoor, and beckoned.
a homogenous catalyst existing in the same phase as the reactant.
who'd subsequently form an intermediate, lowering much EA in the process.
this chemistry dream.
perhaps a little of it is beginning to seep into reality.
sweet smelling like an ester, did it contain any other beautiful organic chem?
